Get found. Get chosen.

Need more customers?

I’m Phil Carpenter. I help businesses get found, get chosen, and bring in more customers. We figure out where people are getting stuck, then I help fix it. Your website, Google, email, social, ads, offers, follow-up. Whatever needs attention.

An introduction, directly with me. You don’t need to know what kind of help you need before we talk.

Working directly with business owners and teams nationwide.

15+ years in marketing. I’ve led marketing, advised business owners and executive teams, and built an agency from the ground up.

Mish Media Marketing

I’ve built the business as well as the marketing.

As CEO, I scaled Mish Media from a new agency to $500,000 in revenue in less than six months. That meant building client relationships, leading the team and turning a growing workload into a functioning business.

That experience shapes how I work with businesses today: with a practical understanding of sales, delivery, people and the pressure of making growth work. I continue to support the Mish Media team as a consultant.

Help that stays with you

Someone who stays
with the work.

I offer focused projects and monthly support for businesses and their teams. I get to know the business, help you decide what to do next, and stay involved in getting it done.

Start here

Bring one real question.

A website that isn’t bringing in calls. Ads you’re unsure about. Customers who aren’t coming back. In an introduction, we’ll talk through the situation and see whether I can help.

If there’s a fit

Agree on the work and fee.

We’ll agree on what needs attention, what I’ll do, how we’ll work together, and the project or monthly fee before we start. Ad spend and outside costs are discussed separately.

As we work together

Get it done. See what happens.

We make the first changes, check whether they help, and adjust. I can do the work, help your team, or coordinate with people you already use.

Tell me what’s going on

No preparation needed. The first call is a conversation about your business and whether working together makes sense.

The Hidden Lever Weekly Brief · Free

One useful idea each week.

A missed follow-up. An offer that’s hard to buy. Something your website could explain better. Each week, I share one thing to look at in your business and a change you can try.

Written for business owners. Practical enough to use this week.

Does this sound familiar?

Where could your next customers come from?

If you need more customers, buying more ads may not help. Maybe people aren’t finding you. Maybe they find you but don’t see why they should choose you. Maybe they reach out and nobody follows up. I help figure out where things are getting stuck.

One orange cable emerges clearly from a tangle of black cables.
01

People who could buy from you don’t know you exist

02

People visit your website, but don’t call, book, or buy

03

People can’t tell what you offer or why they should choose you

04

People reach out, but the follow-up falls through

05

Your website, email, social, and ads are all doing different things

06

You’re paying for ads without enough customers to cover the cost

07

You can’t tell what’s bringing in business and what’s wasting money

Let’s figure out what to do next.

Maybe your website isn’t doing much. Maybe you never email your customers. Maybe social media has turned into random posts whenever someone remembers.

Or maybe you just know you need more customers and don’t know where to start. That’s okay. We’ll look at what’s happening, decide what deserves attention, and make a plan that fits your time and budget.
