Your information.

When you send an inquiry, Hidden Lever Marketing uses the details you provide to reply and manage the conversation. Forms are delivered through FormSubmit to Phil’s inbox. Inquiry and signup records are also stored in the website’s private lead tracker.

If you subscribe to the Weekly CMO Strategy Brief, your email is used for the brief and relevant marketing guidance from Phil. Subscribing is optional. To stop receiving it, email phil@hiddenlever.marketing.

The site records basic activity such as pages viewed, booking-link clicks and successful form submissions. It stores the page path, referral website and campaign tags where available, to understand which outreach brings useful conversations. It does not record keystrokes or session replays. A temporary browser session identifier connects activity during a visit; this is not used as a lead’s identity.

Booking links take you to Google Calendar, which handles the appointment details under its own privacy terms. A booking-link click is recorded separately from a confirmed appointment.

Phil can access submitted details and update the status of a sales conversation. To ask about your information or request its deletion, email phil@hiddenlever.marketing.

The Weekly CMO
Strategy Brief.

Find the growth opportunities hiding in your business.

Each brief breaks down one marketing move, the businesses it fits, and how to try it. More useful inquiries. Better follow-up. A clearer reason for customers to choose you.

A taste of what’s inside

Before you buy more leads, look at the last ten that didn’t buy. What happened after they reached out? If good inquiries are going quiet, your next growth move may be a better follow-up process. I’ll show you what to look for and how to test a change.

Read a sample brief first.
